DUI Case

People v. G.N. – Client was charged with Driving Under the Influence with an enhancement allegation that the client had a blood alcohol content of .15 or greater at the time of driving. It was alleged that client had a blood alcohol content of .171 when client ran a red light and hit another vehicle traveling through the intersection. Extreme weaknesses in the prosecution’s case were brought to light by the defense and the client’s DUI charges were dismissed.
